For each theme: how many reviews mention it, whether it's mostly positive or negative, and 2 short quotes copied exactly from the reviews. 2. Separate product problems from service problems (delivery, support). 3. Show any theme that's getting worse or better over time, if dates are given. 4. A fix list ranked by how often the issue appears and how much it hurts ratings. 5. 3 phrases customers use that I could use in my product page and ads. Count only what's in the data; don't invent numbers. If a review is unclear, put it under "unclear" rather than guessing.
