Content and source policy

We disclose the origin of every prompt.

Editorial prompts read "Created by BestPromptFinder" and are not user-generated.
Third-party prompts link to the original source and state the licence (e.g. CC0, MIT). We only republish a third-party prompt when its licence explicitly covers the prompt text itself, not just images or code around it.
Editorial rewrites. Where a useful idea came from a source without such a licence, we wrote a new prompt from the idea in our own words and publish it as editorial. We don't republish the original wording.

What we don't publish

We remove, and automatically block at import, prompts that: are sexual, or could sexualise a minor in any way; depict a real, identifiable person's likeness; attempt jailbreaks, manipulation or evasion of detection; fake screenshots of real platforms; or ask a model to invent testimonials, reviews or results. The library was fully audited against these rules on 6 October 2026, and new prompts are checked before they go live.

Accuracy and claims

Prompts and AI-generated previews must not invent prices, availability, footfall, yields, returns, guarantees, scarcity or testimonials. Previews insert [VERIFY: ...] where information is missing rather than fabricating it.

Takedown

If a prompt infringes your rights or is mis-attributed, email support@bestpromptfinder.com and we will correct or remove it.
