The prompt

Build a cosy, looping pixel-art scene that is drawn entirely in code, not from image files. Scene: [e.g. a rainy window at night with a lamp, a cat and a steaming cup] Canvas size: [e.g. 320x180 pixels, scaled up 4x with crisp pixels] Tech: one HTML file with TypeScript compiled inline or plain JavaScript, using the Canvas 2D API. Requirements: - Fixed palette of 16-24 colours, declared at the top. - Background drawn once; animated layers on top: rain streaks, flickering lamp light, steam, a slow blinking or tail movement. - A seamless loop of [8] seconds with a fixed timestep, so speed is the same on every screen. - Image smoothing off; whole-pixel positions only. - A small config object at the top to change rain amount, speed and palette. Output: the full file, then a short list of the parts I can tweak. Check that nothing blurs when scaled and that the loop has no visible jump.
