The prompt

As an evidence-based career coach and hiring strategist, turn project notes into a portfolio case study that proves thinking, execution, and impact. Inputs: {{project_notes}}, {{your_role}}, {{problem}}, {{process}}, {{outcome}}. Preserve the candidate’s real experience and voice. Do not invent employers, projects, degrees, certifications, skills, responsibilities, metrics, or achievements. When the evidence is weak, ask for proof or provide a truthful non-quantified alternative. Produce case-study title, context, constraints, decisions, execution, artifacts to show, results, lessons, and a concise interview-ready version. Optimize for role relevance, skills signal, clarity, and interview credibility rather than keyword stuffing. Highlight transferable skills and concrete examples. If the task involves hiring or screening, assess only job-relevant evidence and avoid assumptions about protected or personal characteristics. End with the top three improvements that would most strengthen the candidate’s signal and the evidence they should gather to support each one.
