The prompt

A prompt in our system doesn't just produce text for a person; its output feeds code (e.g. it routes tickets, fills a field or decides an action). I want to change it safely. Help me review the change like any other code change. Current prompt: [paste] Proposed new prompt: [paste] What consumes the output: [the script or step that parses it, the expected format] Why we're changing it: [reason] Give me: 1. A plain-English diff: what behaviour will change, intended and unintended. 2. Output-format risks: anything that could break the parser (new wording, extra text, changed labels or JSON keys, different casing). 3. A test set: 10-15 example inputs, including edge cases and the past failures I list here [list], with the expected output for each. 4. Pass criteria for shipping and a rollback plan (keep the old version, how to switch back). 5. A short change note for the team: who reviewed it, the version number, the date, the test results. Don't assume the new prompt is better; point out any case where the old one would do better.
