The prompt
Act as a senior web designer and front-end developer. Before writing any code, set a design direction for my site that does not look like a default AI-generated page. About the business: - What it is: [BUSINESS, e.g. a family-run pickle brand in Indore] - Audience: [WHO] - Three words for how it should feel: [e.g. homely, bold, trustworthy] - Pages needed: [e.g. Home, Products, About, Contact] - Content I already have: [photos, copy, logo, none] Step 1 - Direction (no code yet): propose two distinct visual directions. For each give: a name, a colour palette with 5 hex codes and their roles, a heading and body font pairing (free web fonts), the layout idea for the home page, one signature detail (texture, shape, illustration style), and why it suits this business. Step 2 - After I pick one, build the pages in plain HTML and CSS (or [STACK]), mobile-first. Step 3 - Self-audit: check your output against these generic tells and fix every one you find: plain white background with a purple-blue gradient, three identical feature cards in a row, a centred headline with a single button, stock icon grids, the same font everywhere, vague copy like "Unlock your potential". List what you changed. Rules: use only content I give you; mark missing copy as [COPY NEEDED] instead of inventing claims, reviews or numbers.Find similar in the app →
