The prompt

Help me organise langar seva for Guru Nanak Jayanti (Gurpurab) at [gurdwara / community hall / our society], expected [number] people over [hours]. What we have: [volunteers count, kitchen size, number of tawas and degs, donated supplies] Menu planned: [e.g. dal, sabzi, rotis, kheer or kada prasad prepared by the gurdwara] Give me: 1. Quantities for the menu at that headcount, with a 10% buffer, and a shopping list grouped by shop. 2. Volunteer shifts: prep, roti making, serving in pangat, water, dish washing, cleaning, shoe and head-cover area, with how many people per shift. 3. A timeline from the night before to final clean-up. 4. A short WhatsApp message asking for volunteers and donations, respectful and simple. 5. Hygiene and safety basics: hand washing, hot oil and gas safety, keeping walkways dry. Follow the gurdwara committee's own customs where they differ; mark anything I should confirm with them as [CONFIRM].
